Newland Avenue

"Newland Ave is the heart of the local area. Recent road renovations have been very disruptive. Hopefully they will be worth the inconvenience."  Martin J Deane.


The Green party campaign in Hull North got off to a great start.

We were there with our banner on Newland  Ave giving it loads in the sun and breeze--or was that a gale??

We were about 10 and gathered around a  kingsize "VOTE GREEN" banner complete with logo. Many thanks to Kinghorn-Holdsworth Artworks PLC!

There was the mandatory child or two, the odd Green Party T-shirt, megaphone, Green rosettes, and hundreds of leaflets.

We were very well received, nearly everyone taking a leaflet, and many expressing interest.

Well done everyone and many thanks to those who turned out.
